Welcome To My Review Track Listing Analysis This is a group with huge potential & talent, their vocal ability is on a world class scale, it is apparent from watching the Making The Band series, that they have actually personalities & are real people. However, all of this is wasted in a soul-less, heart-less record which is so over polished that you can almost see through it. Verdict If you want Soul get Mary J. While I like the feel, production & vocals of the track, I am not liking the video, it shows that Diddy is moving the Danity Kane girls in a direction that will make them a success but will also damage their already poor musical respectability. The video is very, very pop, even Kylie wouldn't put this sort of crap out now a days, it appeals to the 'Hannah Montana Generation' & that is not a good look. The frankly dire dance routine is only slightly boosted by the fact that the girls look gorgeous. It seems a little biased asking people who are already fans, but who am I to question it? Still, I ain't hating on it because it's pretty solid. Damaged is not groundbreaking by any means, but the standard, repetitive drum beat, measured with a good melody & some nice harmonies, makes for a good track. These girls have not been pushed to their limits, they really are talented, but have never had a track that challenges them.
