Not only does Shar meditate for 15 minutes a day when her children are at school - she can kick your a*! Jackson has her fourth-degree black belt in tae kwon do, jujitsu and kung fu. Sounds to me like this girl should be signing up for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Shar remains loyal to Kevin Federline, the daddy of two of her babies. She declared their close relationship. She also believes that everyone should leave Britney Spears alone and that this is her journey. She believes that Brit will work it out in her own way.
