By baudyhallee Oliver, you are a dead man.  Dude!  Davis and Jimmy both told her what a hero she was and then — bam, they was D-E-A-D.   They both knew Clark’s secret, too, as you do  — another whammy on the death walk. The future that Lois visited probably did not have a Green Arrow who helped Clark.  Ollie did not have a great friend who supported him with love and understanding.  Lois was gone.  Clark would have lost everyone including Oliver.  Going Kryptonian as he vowed, he may have taken up with his own kind and remained under their influence.  Lois Lane has always been humanity to Clark Kent.  It is her love, integrity and fortitude that makes him fall in love with his adopted world’s people over and over again.   [read the full post]

This season already is showing us what Superman fans are craving in a film franchise, not a rehash of stuff from the Silver Age but stories that are rich in the Post-Crisis lore that are darker and yet have Clark happy and at peace with himself because he’s head over heel s in love with Lois Lane. By supernatural66 817 Hex (airs March 19, 2009) TOM WELLING Directing Smallville has a fun new trick up its sleeve, and it involves the CW series’ take of DC Comics trickstress Zatanna. TVGuide.com has learned that Serinda Swan has landed the guest-star role. Swan will appear in this season’s 17th episode, “Hex,” as Zatanna, a magician who grants birthday girl Chloe a wish. Having been through the wringer ever since Brainiac mind-boinked her and Doomsday crashed her wedding day, Chloe expresses a desire to lead the comparatively mild-mannered life of Lois Lane. Voilà! Chloe magically inhabits Lois’ (and thus Erica Durance’s) body for the bulk of the hour. Clark is also granted a wish. Source: TV Guide Online   [read the full post]

By supernatural66 Official OSCK REVIEW by OSCK Moderator Baudyhallee THIS EPISODE IS NOT SANCTIONED BY OSCK! PS3 better pull out a miracle with REQUIEM or the other 8 episodes are going to appear . . . well let’s just say. If you have a strong Lois and a wimp ass Clark . . . that doesn’t work. I hope PS3 realizes that if they don’t fix this — they are denying a generation of the mythic Clark Kent and Lois Lane and their powerful iconic relationship. Still won’t be watching REQUIEM live. Life is easier that way and since Lois is back in the comics (except for Johns’ authored stuff) then I can read about what I love most and best — and I would have given that love to Smallville, but they obviously don’t want it.   [read the full post]

I did watch the initial bit with Clark and Lana and at the end. Recap covers the pertainent info. What happened with Tess and Lana- Lana harassed Tess, hacked the computers in the mansion and then gave Tess a beat down before telling her that Lex implanted a nano-transmittor on Tess’ optic nerve that has been keeping Lex apprised of Tess’s every move ever since because he never really trusted her. Tess is horrifed and angered. And has to be thinking- ew! He saw my most intimate moments including having sex? With Oliver? EW!   [read the full post]

By erikab1123 Smallville fans have already seen versions of many DC Comics heroes on the live-action show, including Black Canary, Bart Allen, Cyborg, Aquaman and a regular role for Green Arrow. This season, the show also introduced Superman’s most potentially deadly villain, Doomsday, and the Legion will show up on Smallville just as that villain’s debut story hits its climax with a little help from Brainiac. NRAMA: Counting the people who have been possessed by Brainiac on the show, wouldn’t that make Chloe the fourth one? Is she Brainiac 4? And what does that mean for the future? By Baudyhallee ABYSS Season 8 Episode 9 By Baudyhallee- Moderator OSCK Written by Don Whitehead and Holly Henderson. Directed by Kevin Fair, who has also worked on this season’s premiere, ODYSSEY and last season’s embraceable, SIREN. Season 8 is all about reassembling Clark Kent into the man fans knew he truly was. For 4 seasons, we had a spare parts Clark. His huge heart was emaciated by the selfish and often ‘object of obsession,’ Lana Lang. His father died, so his spirit glowed less brightly. His resolve took on an angsty stubbornness. His brain was often substituted by his best friend who found out (as in, was not told) his secret in season 5, Chloe. In part, all of this happened because Lois Lane was kept on the periphery – and his best friend, Pete Ross, and bot...   [read the full post]
