Personally, I think the website is erroneously titled "Superman Returns: The Bryan Singer Cut", as the theatrical version released WAS Bryan Singer's cut. However I do agree that it would be nice to see the sequence of Kal-El returning to the remains of Krypton which was cut from the begin...
