Loved The Closer this week: Dial M for Provenza. After all the intensity so far this season, it was kind of fun to have such a light episode and I LOVE Jennifer Coolidge, the guest star as the woman trying to kill her husband. She’s always funny. One of the best scenes was at the end with Provenza and Pope and watching them bond over their settlements. I would have liked to have seen a little more Fritz, but at least he got a couple of good lines in early on and then there’s his killer smile.

Okay, so I have finally caved and am watching the Olympics. I’ve been incredibly busy lately and haven’t gotten to watch much television and I’m more of a winter Olympics watcher anyway, but still I find myself getting sucked into watching … right now the men’s gymnastics teams are competing on the rings, and I’m always amazed at how they can move their bodies so effortlessly. These days, it’s hard for me to get up off the floor after I’ve been sitting for a while (okay, even at all) and these athletes are like all lean, agile muscle. How about an Olympic event whereby each competitor has to blog on a laptop while snacking, watching tv and answering email … bumping up the level of difficulty when operating on little sleep and going back and forth between two shows. I would OWN that event.
