Yes, "The Godfather Part IV" was supposed to focus on the early years of James Caan's character, Sonny Corleone. As James Caan is too old to play young Sonny, Leonardo Di Caprio was rumoured to be in the running for the part. But it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
