No one will ever accuse “The King of Queens” (8:30 p.m., WBBM-Ch. 2), which returns Monday with its 200th episode, of being a ground breaking sitcom. Having said that, it’s far from the dumbest of the genre, and this long-running show, which ends for good in May, is reasonably entertaining...
