Mr. Burns, the fiercely evil character from the TV show The Simpsons, lead all other candidates in write in votes in last month’s mayoral race in New York City. Owner of the Springfield Power Plant and Homer Simpson’s boss, Burns was beat out by real life incumbent, Michael Bloomberg.
