Tito would shoot on Frank take him down. Ground and pound a TKO. I think it would be a good fight. Frank's head is too big....(bigger than Tito's real head). He talks too much crap about UFC and Dana. I don't see this fight ever happening though I wish it would........I'd be rooting for Tito all the way.
