The answer to the second question is that this “bombshell” was brought to the world of media tabloidism by a “self-styled investigator”, shorthand for a PI without a license, Paul Barresi when he released some of the papers to the New York Daily News last month. Barresi was kind enough to offer us first option on his “exclusive statement” about the subject of the lawsuit, but we declined.
