Jon Cryer and his wife, Lisa Joyner, adopted a baby girl, the Two and a Half Men Emmy winner's rep confirms to PEOPLE. On Sept. 20, while picking up his Emmy as outstanding supporting actor on a comedy series for his CBS show, Cryer mentioned his "baby girl" in his acceptance speech.
