There is just not enough different aerobic exercises to do in Wii Fit and I hate having to pick out what I want to do. It takes like 45-50 minutes to do a 30 minute workout. I weighed in at 220 yesterday, which is 18 lbs down from where I started and 5 lbs down from my last post.
