By ComicList Mark Millar and Steve McNiven continue their awesome run on Wolverine and bring us one step closer to Hawkeye’s payday and, hopefully, answers to some of our biggest questions: Old Man Logan continues as Hawkeye and the former X-Man continue their journey through the Kingdom of the Kingpin to New Babylon in Wolverine #69. I was psyched to get my grubby mitts on the book this week. It seems like it’s been forever since Wolverine #68 came out, and the ending of that issue left me chomping at the bit. Mark Millar and Steve McNiven continue their awesome run on Wolverine and bring us one step closer to Hawkeye’s payday and, hopefully, answers to some of our biggest questions: What happened to Wolverine all those years ago? Brandon Borzelli's Geek Goggle Reviews Wolverine Origins #29 Marvel Comics Way, Deodato & Beredo Well I was concerned that this crossover wouldn’t have a consistent feel from title to title. I was wrong. This issue very much resembles the storytelling from Legacy. It’s an excellent issue and makes use of the techniques that have worked so well in the Legacy title the last few months. I have hope for this arc and the best part about it is I have no idea, not even a guess, as to how it will end. Read more » Original post blogged on ComicList. By ComicList Secret Invasion #7 Marvel Comics Bendis, Yu, Morales & Martin Secret Invasion #7 Marvel Comics Bendis, Yu, Morales & Martin Then we get lots of great moments right off the bat from many of the key players. Iron Man and Captain America fighting side by side, Fury and Osborn fighting next to each other guns a blazing and lots and lots of Skrulls. Some of the fun battles have Reed fighting a ton of Sues. We also get some good one on one between the Queen and Wolverine. Spider-Man, Cage and even some Hawkeye action help round out a great cast with some interesting moments. Thor kind of gets a low amount of involvement which is a bummer. We also get some Kree action to create more chaos. [read the full post]
