By noreply@blogger.com (Caleb) If I link to Heidi MacDonald’s post about that creepy-looking Wonder Woman comic, that will give me an excuse to post a picture of Lindsay Price, right?: Right! Earlier in the week MacDonald had some links to various places dealing with Diane von Furstenberg’s Wonder Woman-inspired fas...

By noreply@blogger.com (Mart) The sort-of return of Wonder Tot was just brilliant, and Chang channelled Silver Age artists Ross Andru and Mike Esposito superbly. The metatextual comment by Diana on the possibility of a good Wonder Woman film was a cute wink at the never-ending real-life 'will there be a Wonder Woman mo...

By noreply@blogger.com (Rokk Krinn) Synopsis: We begin with Rita and Gangbuster hiding out in an old warehouse. Rita is looking at her tarot cards and once again they transform into images of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. We cut to the JLA watchtower. Batman inspects the brand on Wonder Woman’s shoulder and comments that it has changed shape. We shift to Rita where she is focusing on Batman. Rita sees that Batman is a much darker version of truth and justice compared to Superman and Wonder Woman. And that Batman is a self-made man who set an ideal for himself and strove to great lengths to achieve what he dreamed of. That this is another part of the American way. [read the full post]

By WendySkeleton Review - Wonder Woman #17 Published on February 26, 2008 by WendySkeleton Ah, so DC has finished showcasing Gail Simone’s first story arc. I’m going to give a lot of love to Gail right now. She knows how to write Wonder Woman, which is something I haven’t felt since Greg Rucka had written her. Th...

By Caleb Okay, we’ve got Manhunter and Wonder Woman, obviously, and, in a strip along the bottom, every Manhunter ever (and look, there’s Thor!) and, just below that, just about every Amazon, but I can’t really make sense of any of the faces in the upper right hand corner. Like, why is Donna Troy ther...

By Caleb You know when Wonder Woman was really, really, really not good, though? May of 1958. That’s when Wonder Woman #98 was published, the first book to be collected in Showcase Presents: Wonder Woman Vol. 1, which is jam-packed with Wonder Woman comics that are no good at all.
