It has been a good day for World Wrestling Entertainment. The third quarter financial reports came out today, exceeding analysts’ expectations. As a result, WWE’s stock price ended the day up 7.2%. Maybe a solid Superstars show can be the cherry on top for the WWE Universe.

The September 26th edition of WWE AM Raw scored a 0.9 rating. According to The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta has made an official bid to host WrestleMania 27 in 2011. The site would be the Georgia Dome, which was host to the largest WCW crowd ever.
