Major Call of Duty 4 patch now available on PS3

The patch will include the same changes as the Xbox 360 patch including “increased accuracy for snipers, the Kill Cam now shows deaths from claymores, airstrikes and grenades, there are new spawn points on each map, a new quick mute feature and a bunch of under the hood tweaks.”
